I just noticed that is an HP* equipment, in that case drivers for your product must be provided by the OEM. Here is a list that you can use to get support with them:

Could not find drivers for the product, more than 10 years old.
Can recommend Intel CPU suit for most motherboard socket will not outdated even after 10 years, can easily purchase in the market?

No such processors exist (from Intel or AMD). First of all, every processor is socket-specific. Secondly, it makes no sense to support processors beyond their MTBF.
