Hello Bueno15,

Thank you for posting in the Intel Communities. We would be more than glad to help you.

Before we provide you with any support, we would like to confirm more details about your system. For this, please create a report using the Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU):

  • Download the Intel SSU
  • Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
  • Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
  • To save your scan: click "Next"; then "Save."

Best regards,

Hello Bueno15,

Thank you for the information provided. We would like to inform you that our support is only provided in English. To better assist you, we use a translation tool; hence, the translation may not be completely accurate.

Regarding the auto brightness problem on the battery, you should try to Disable Display Power Saving Technology in the Intel® Graphics Command Center:

  1. Open the Intel® Graphics Command Center
  • Press on the Windows key on your keyboard and start typing Intel, choose Intel Graphics Command Center.
  1. Select System > Power
  2. In On Batteryset Display Power Savings to Off

Make sure you have the latest Intel® Graphics Command Center version.

You should also update the Intel® Graphics driver. Note that there are two different types of drivers, generics provided by Intel and Equipment Manufacturer drivers, that are customized to work with each specific system. The best thing to do is to use the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM). Based on the Dell website, the latest driver is 31.0.101.4575.

However, if this doesn't resolve the issue, contact the hardware device manufacturer for support.

Best regards,

Jean O.

Hello Bueno15,

Based on the information you have shared it seems that the system manufacturer may have limited the system power option, and the IGCC application will not be able to make changes to the system power settings. The best course of action for this problem is to contact Dell for additional support on this matter.

Best regards,
