Graphics driver intel iris xe graphics on Lenovo Yoga 7 16IAH7 Type 82UF causes confetti screen every time it is installed. I have to revert to microsoft basic graphics driver to see the screen

Is this a new computer?
Was it working fine before without showing the confetti screen problem that you are describing?
If yes, when did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this problem?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
