Browser running slow after installing UHD Graphics 620 driver latest update to version 30.0.100.9684

Microsoft edge and Opera GX browser are running slow after installing Intel UHD Graphics 620 driver's latest update to version 30.0.100.9684.
Afterwards I performed a clean install of graphics driver turning off network, and current version is 27.20.100.8935, but still the issue prevailing.
Still the Microsoft edge is not so fast as it was earlier before the graphics driver update attempt.

Please someone help me find solution...
