How to repro
Please provide steps to replicate the issue. These steps are very crucial to finding the root cause and fix.
A screenshot to illustrate the issue is a huge plus. A video of the failure is even better! Attach to the post or provide the YouTube link.
1. In-place upgrade to windows 10 or fresh install might work too
2. Connect via remote desktop (Dameware Mini Remote Control was used in this test)
3. Install GFX driver with add hardware wizard in Device manager AND/OR Install with setup utility.
4. Blue Screen: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
I believe this is everything you could need. I used Dameware Mini Remote Control v12.1.
You mush start with the Microsoft Basic Display Driver listed in device manager.

BSoDs can be caused by poorly written device drivers or malfunctioning hardware, such as faulty memory, power supply issues, overheating of components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits. In the Windows 9x era, incompatible DLLs or bugs in the operating system kernel could also cause BSoDs.
Most likely you have some driver problem. OBS cannot cause a blue screen since it does not load any kernel components, however it does stress your system in ways other programs do not, so it may be triggering a bug in one of your drivers. Analyzing the blue screen .dmp file will yield more information.
