Hello Intel Graphics Team,
I am writing to report a compatibility issue I am encountering with my Intel Arc A750 GPU.
Problem Description: When I attempt to use the web-based MetaHuman Creator (a cloud-streaming application from Epic Games), I receive a persistent error message that says: "We do not currently support this device."
This occurs despite my system meeting all other general requirements (supported browser, operating system). The issue appears to be a compatibility problem between the GPU and the streaming technology used by the application, known as Unreal Engine Pixel Streaming. My GPU does not seem to be correctly recognized as a compatible device for decoding the streamed video, which is a crucial part of the application's function.
My System Specifications:
Operating System: [e.g., Windows 11, Version 23H2]
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
RAM: 16 GB
Graphics Card (GPU): Intel Arc A750
Driver Version: [Please find your exact driver version in the Intel Arc Control application]
Web Browser: [e.g., Google Chrome, Version 120.0.6099.199]
Application URL: https://metahuman.unrealengine.com
Steps to Reproduce:
Navigate to the MetaHuman Creator website.
Log in with an Epic Games account.
The "We do not currently support this device" error message appears on the screen, preventing me from using the application.
Expected Behavior: The application should load and allow me to use the MetaHuman Creator interface, as my GPU is modern and capable of hardware-accelerated video decoding.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. Please let me know if any further information is needed.
