Hello VegaMGLfailure,

I understand that you are experiencing problems when using the Adobe Premiere with the Vega M GL.

Regarding this, I will be more than glad to assist you and check the problem myself by replicating it here and see if it shows the same behavior. However, I will need more information of your system, specifically the System Support Utility and the DxDiag. The System Support Utility report can be generated with our tool, you can refer to the link below so you can download it:

Make sure to attach the created report to this thread.

Also, To better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps:

1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.

2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.

Firstly, I'd like to apologize from the poor formatting of my post which resulted from a failed copy paste.

I've attached the summary view system utility screenshot to this post.

I've also attached a full text dxdiag report.

1) Let me know if the information I've provided is sufficient.

2) Let me know when I will hear back from you.

3) Let me know if you successfully reproduce the bug.

Hello VegaMGLfailure,

Thank you for your response.

First, I would like to apologize for the long delay of my reply. Now that we have all this information we will proceed to attempt and reproduce the problem. In the meantime, please tell me if you are using the Intel ® integrated graphics for the video export or the Radeon* one. This is important to know since, if the problem is related to driver, we need to find out which of the adapters is causing the problem.

Have you tried using whatever adapter you didn't use before? For example: If you have been using the Radeon* then try with the Intel ® or the other way around.

I hope to hear from you.

Regards,

David V
