Dear Intel engineers, hello!
I am Microsoft Community Independent Advisor - Gao Ling. I am responsible for user technical support within the Microsoft Community.
Our user reports that The latest version of Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers (26.20.100.7000) is not compatible with version 1903_18362, which causes the device to be BSOD. Using an older version of 25.20.100.6374 does not result BSOD for the device.

I hope Intel can investigate this issue. Thank you very much!

Dear Gao Ling,
- I have installed the latest DCH Graphics Driver version 26.20.100.7000 on two NUCs computer: NUC7i7DNHE and NUC8i7HVK. I've running in this configuration fro few hours and I din't observe any problems.
- I have not read the DMP file you have attached, however I have some questions:
- Before reporting bug in driver, did you confirmed or replicated this BSOD in your lab?
- This BSOD was reported by user or users?
- What is the computer model, CPU. Windows 10 version where the BSOD occurred?
Leon

I'm not an Intel Adviser and neither employee.

Dear Leon,
We were unable to reproduce this issue on other devices, and no other users are currently reporting the same issue. However, after the user rolled back Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers from 26.20.100.7000 to 25.20.100.6374, the BSOD issue was resolved. Therefore, I think this problem may be caused by an incompatibility between the Intel driver and the Windows 10 1903 version.
The user tried to reinstall Intel® Graphics - Windows® 10 DCH Drivers, but the blue screen issue still exists. The user only provided us with a single clue - the version of Windows 10 he used was 1903_18362.267.
I have already reported this to the team of Microsoft engineers responsible for processing the issue, and they are looking into the issue.

Dear Gao Ling
In my opinion your conclusion that BSOD was caused by bug in driver and/or incompatibility with Windows 1903 is some way hasty. Could be that his computer (may be laptop) is not compatible with DCH driver? As you probably know, the version 25.20.100.6374 is the old style driver.
Regards
Leon
