Sorry for my silence, first thread was marked as a spam so i thought there will be no responses.
I'll provide additional info:
Flickering started from the first PC boot with new GPU (as i said in prev thread, i used NixOS with RX580 then installed Intel B580)
I don't see any flickering on Windows 11
Now i am on CachyOS, game and drivers are up to date and flickering persists.
Mesa version: 26.0.6-arch2.2

Thank you for help, after those steps it seems to be working.
Steps i did:
1. Updated bios
2. Updated system to the latest version again
3. Cleared caches
4. Set everything in game settings to low
5. Had 2 Steam crashes after that (idk why)
6. After third attempt game started working well
7. I started repeatedly changing every setting to max trying to reproduce the problem.
8. Rebooted system.
9. Confirmed that problem has gone.
1) Does the flickering occur: Only in CS2, or also in other games?
Arma 3 works well.
War Thunder works well.
Minecraft java (with shaders and without them) works well.
2) Kindly provide your display setup details:
Resolution - 1920x1080
Refresh rate - 100hz
Whether you are using a single or multiple monitors - single
3) Please share the source from which the game was downloaded. If available, kindly provide the download link.
Steam, https://store.steampowered.com/app/730/CounterStrike_2/
4) Please share the in-game graphics and performance settings currently in use.
Tested on both low and high settings, doesn't affect the bug.
1) Delete the game shader cache and retry the game.
Deleted by running commands:
rm -rf ~/.cache/mesa_shader_cache/*
Steam > Settings > Downloads > Clear cache
rm -rf ~/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/shadercache/7302) Update the system BIOS to the latest version
Updated to: F10b (June 9, 2025)
After updating the BIOS, please ensure the following settings are enabled:
Above 4G Decoding = Enabled
Resizable BAR = Enabled
CSM = Disabled
^ All of those applied

Hello code-zero,
I hope you are doing well.
Thank you for the detailed update and for sharing the steps you performed. We truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve taken to troubleshoot the issue.
We’re glad to hear that the problem has been resolved after updating the BIOS, clearing caches, and verifying the system and in-game settings. It is also helpful to know that the issue was isolated to CS2 and is no longer reproducible, even after testing with different settings and performing a system reboot. As the issue has now been resolved, we will proceed with closing this thread.
If you have any further questions or need assistance in the future, please feel free to reach out by submitting a new query, as this thread will no longer be actively monitored.
Thank you again for your cooperation and for keeping us informed throughout the process.
Best regards,
