Low performance on arc a750

I recently purchased arc a750 and I've tried many games but it's not running properly. In Assassin's creed unity when I change antialiasing from anything to the MSAA x8 the fps drops from literally max to 20-30. It works awesome before MSAA x8 but once I switch to MSAA x8 I can't enjoy the game anymore. In Marvel Rivals I can't get good enough fps even on high quality let alone ultra and I believe arc a750 is recommended requirement for Marvel Rivals so my guess is that it should run 1080p ultra with atleast 60 fps but it doesn't. In elden ring even when not on max quality I get fps drops from 60-40.

My Configuration is:
Intel i5 12400f
Arc a750 8gb
16 gb 3200 ram
Asus H610M CS D4 motherboard
Coolermaster 500W power supply
I have the latest windows and gpu driver installed.

Hi, Piyush_Verma03.

Based on your configuration, it should indeed be capable of handling these games at 1080p with good performance. However, the issue you’re describing, especially with the drastic drop in FPS when switching to MSAA x8 and the low FPS in other games suggests that there may be a few factors at play.

You mentioned having the latest GPU driver, I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable us to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue. To ensure your privacy and security, I recommend not sharing the Intel SSU logs on public forums, as they contain sensitive information about your system. Instead, please send the SSU logs to me via email. Once I receive the logs, I'll be able to further investigate the issue and assist you more effectively. After that, we can continue our communication in the community forum if needed.

You nees to use PM's to send and receive messages.  Look under your profile for "mesages".

Hello, Piyush_Verma03.

Thank you for sending the Intel SSU logs via email; I’ve received them. MSAA x8 can be very demanding. It could be a good idea to try a lower level of MSAA or switch to other anti-aliasing techniques like TAA or FXAA. MSAA tends to put a heavy load on the GPU, especially with a demanding game like Assassin's Creed Unity. While the Intel i5 12400F is a solid mid-range processor, it’s possible that in some CPU-heavy titles, it might be a bottleneck when paired with a high-performance GPU. In the meantime, I will need to conduct further research on this issue and will provide an update on this thread as soon as it's available.

I had a friend help with optimisation and he checked if cpu was being bottle necked. He reduced cpu load by lowering anisotropic filtering and shadow quality to check if MSAA 8x was causing the cpu to overload but it didn't work. There wasnt even a  single change in performance even after reducing cpu load so we don't know what is causing these problems
