I would like to get some information about your system. Please scan it using the DxDiag tool. Follow the steps below:
1. In the keyboard, press WinLogo key + R.
2. In the Run box please type dxdiag and hit Enter.
3. Click on Save All Information (save it in your desktop).
4. Attach the report to this thread.
Also, please provide the following information:
-Are you using a video adapter/dongle (like HDMI-to-VGA) or docking station? Is it a straight-through connection (HDMI-to-HDMI) with a single cable?
-Monitors models
