Hi I have recently moved from a windows xp laptop with a intel 965 express chipset to a windows 7 laptop with a mobile intel series 4 express chipset. When I was playing NBA 2k with the windows xp laptop, even if I lowered the in-game resolution to 640x480, the video displayed is stretched to fit my screen. However, for my windows 7 laptop, the display size shrinks as the in-game resolution is lowered. Any chance I can stretch the display in Windows 7 just like what happens in Windows XP? Thanks in advance.

If you are using the Intel(R) Graphics Controller, you can indeed stretch the image from the game.
To do so, please enter the Graphics Control Panel by right clicking the desktop and going to "Graphics Properties". Then, select "Scaling" and ensure it is set to "Customize Aspect Ratio", and that both sliders are at 100%.
