Can't find the name of the Intel ICD OpenGL driver

I'm using Medion Erazer Crawler E10 on i5-10300H and GTX1650, with the latest drivers for both graphics cards installed. When I try to play osu, a window pops up stating that "Can't find the name of the Intel ICD OpenGL driver". The game itself could still be opened after closing the same window four times, but it runs only at 300fps~ while usually it could run at above 1000fps with the same hardware.

Is this happening only when playing osu? What is your graphics driver version? Just to add, here’s the link to the later graphics driver for your processor graphics: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/776137/intel-7th-10th-gen-processor-graphics-windows.html
