Can't install Asrock firmware on A770 Phantom Gaming

I've been trying to follow the steps on AsRock site to "How can I let my ARC graphics card enter power saving mode?" on my new A770 Phantom Gaming card, except the IGFUpdate.exe doesn't work for me (it reboots the PC but does nothing afterwards). Does anyone who had the same problem know how to fix it?

For anyone wondering, I solved this issue by disabling secure boot in bios then following the Asrock steps normally.
