Can’t put cpu fan back on please help

I have 

Cooler Master DP6-9EDSA-0L-GP CPU Cooler

 

and the spring screws that it has, no matter how hard I push in the screws to the holes of the cpu fan over the cpu, it does not stay in the hole

Take your system to a local repair shop or call Cooler Master for support.
