Can't scaling screen on 100hz

Hello Guys. I have problem with full screen when i change to 120hz on 60hz all works fine and i have a scaling option but on 100hz this option is hide

60HZ:

100HZ

screen on game on annex

i downloaded this and still same cant streached this resolution

At this point, that is the latest graphics driver we have, and this driver supports scale full screen maximum at 60Hz, anything else above that, it will be only center screen or to customize the Aspect Ratio.

So it's impossible to full screen on 100 hz?
