I am unable to update the graphics driver on my DN2820FYKH. BIOS version is FYBY10H.86A.0052.2015.0923.1845. Running Windows 8.1.
Windows reports current graphics driver is 10.18.10.4276. I installed the Intel driver update utility, and it claims to install version HD graphics driver 15.33.37.4242 with reboot required. However, after reboot the driver is unchanged.
In order to isolate the problem, I'm doing this on a brand new clean install of Windows 8.1. I also tried uninstalling the existing driver first, with no luck.
Any ideas?

At this stage, I recommend manual installation of the latest graphics driver.
See instructions here http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-033916.htm Desktop graphics drivers — How to Manually Install a Driver in Microsoft Windows 8* or Windows 8.1*
Download the zip version of the video driver:

I think this may just be a numbering issue. When I install the linked driver file manually, I get the message "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date" (Intel(R) HD Graphics).
As a test, I ran the setup file that came with this driver download. This time I see it is attempting to install the same driver I already have (10.18.10.4276 dated 8/17/15). Plus it installs an Intel Graphics Control Panel which I don't need.
So is 10.18.10.4276 the current driver for my system, and this other number from the update utility (15.33.37.4242) something else altogether?
Thanks.

Ok, so, you are currently running the latest video drivers. That's great.
