Cannot install Intel Driver and Support Assistant

It isn't currently installed so there is nothing to uninstall. From the log:

What version of Windows 10 are you running? 1809? Lower?

 

Even though IDSA is not installed, run this uninstaller:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28598/Intel-Driver-Support-Assistant-Uninstaller?v=t

 

Then, with version 1809, try again.

 

Note: IDSA is intended for Intel systems.

My apologies, it is Windows 7 and the user admin account wasn't working because of UAC. Needed to run as another user so I used the domain admin. Horrible software though because it then just open a web browser as the user and you cannot install the drivers. I had to manually find them myself and update each one individually, kinda kills the ease of the utility. The old one was much better. Anyway, it is resolved...
