Cannot set 60p for external monitor

Hi!

I have external monitor connected via USB-C (DP) to my laptop.
But I can only set interlaced refresh rates which results in flicker and overall bad image.

How to set progressive refresh rate (60p)?


Laptop - Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G2 ITL.

According to the attached report, 60p *is* supported. It is unclear to me why Windows would not be offering this capability.
