Cant play in 4:3 screen in my laptop

Hello, i have a Toshiba Qosmio x70-B and when i play CS:GO in video options when i change to 4:3 1024*768 screen it always shows me balck bars in the side... i tried some things like changing desktop resolution and then in the game and some other things but is-nt possible to play full screen.

So i want to know if it's possible to correct this because it only allows me to play in full screen when i select 16;9 resolution

Hello Alan, I have Windows*10 Pro Insider Preview (10.0.10240) i think it is 64 bits... the driver of intel graphics is 10.18.15.4256

My laptop also have a AMD Radeon R9 M200X Series installed

I think this may be the same problem of this post that tells is a problem with windows 10 -
