Celeron J1900 No scaling Option

Dear Intel,

The problem concerns Intel HD Graphics (V 10.18.10.4176) on Celeron J1900 :

- tryed 10.18.10.3574 but no sacaling option.

As you see, there is no way to change scalling options for customize aspect ratio.

Please help me.
