Combine Desktop mode cannot be activated

Good day,
I have a SWEDX SM-28K1-01 monitor and a Medion MD20430 monitor.
From my Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Tiny i5-6500T 4x2.5GHz 8GB 240GB SSD Windows 10 Professional, 1 cable goes to the Swedx monitor and a second goes to the Medion.
Both use the Amazon Basics DisplayPort to HDMI cable.

Now I would like to watch YouTube/Twitch on both monitors, but not mirrored but the monitor 2 expands the image. (Larger image / video)
For this I have found in the graphics control room the option Combine desktops.
I wanted to activate this but I get the error message: Invalid monitor configuration.
Both monitors use 1920x1080 60p.
