Hello,
I would like to combine Monitor 2 and 3 into a single monitor configuration but I can't figure out how.
(followed this guide: IGCC_Collage_UserGuide_10thPlus_Gen.pdf (intel.com))
When pressing the 3 dots on monitor 2 the only options I get are:
- Make Primary
- Mirror
- Disable
Monitor 2 is flipped to have minimum bezel interference.

Hi Eromlig1991,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
I know how confounding it is to find out that the instructions on the guide are different from what you experience first-hand.
Please allow us to ask the following information, so we can determine viable suggestions for your concern:
1. It would really help us if we can get more information about your system. Please download and run our Intel® System Support Utility from this page, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/intel-system-support-utility-for-windows.html. To run it, please press "Scan". After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html for instructions.
2. Please provide logs from your IGCC software. To get the logs, open igcc and go to the question mark option on the left pane. Select the system diagnostic tab and click on generate report. Kindly attach the report on your reply.
