I tried to run the game today and it gave me the "exception in exception handler" error. I tried "updating" the intel driver and it worked once, I closed the game and a few hours later I tried to play it again and the same error appeared. I updated to the latest driver but no change...
Any ideas?
Attached is my system specs saved from the HD graphics control pannel

Thank you for sharing that information, jfazz1023.
I will check if we have the game available in order to perform tests from our end.
As soon as I get an outcome, I will let you know.

Hi Esteban,
Any potential workarounds until a fix is available?
I'm also running Intel HD5500.
Cheers

Hi,
The issue is being handled by out graphics team at the moment, at the moment, there is not fix or workaround available that we know of.
If peers have found a workaround that works, I invite them to share it in the meantime Intel deals with this matter 🙂

Hello jfazz1023,
Please try it with the following steps:

2. Right click and uninstall the driver, make sure to select "Delete the driver software for this device"

Hi Esteban C,
I have the same issue with Intel HD graphics running Windows 10 32-bit - is there a 32-bit version of the new driver (Beta 15.40.xx.4530) that seems to be working for some people that I can try?
Thank you!

Please bear in mind the Intel® HD graphics 4600 supports Windows® 10 64 bit only.

Hi Allan,
Sorry, I wasn't clear. I have a Nextbook Flexx 11.6A with Intel Atom x5-Z8300 processor and Intel HD graphics - not the 4600. But I am having the same issue with Command and Conquer so was hoping that there is an updated version of the 32 bit driver for my graphics card which will resolve the issue for me?
Thanks,
Steve

Hello SteveG001,
There is a chance of getting a fix for this, my recommendation is to keep the download center handy to find possible newer drivers.
There is no ETA as of now.
