Como inserir uma nova resolução de tela

Estou com um 2º monitor que precisa de uma resolução de tela de 3440 x 1440, porém não tem essa opção nas configurações... Alguém já passou por isso?

This is a laptop? We are seeing quite a few reports from people whose laptops will not support a secondary monitor if its resolution is higher than the laptop's embedded display.

yes, it's a laptop (11th generation Intel Core i5-1135G7 with Intel Iris Xe Graphics and shared graphics memory)

My suggestions are:

1. Check BIOS Setup to see if there are any parameters related to limitations (likely not, but check anyway)
2. Check the specs for the laptop - on the manufacturer's site - to see if they specifically say that resolution will be limited
3. If nothing obvious in (2), contact the laptop manufacturer and ask them specifically whether this is the case.
