Olá, eu gostaria de saber o porque eu não consigo substituir as configurações do aplicativo no painel da Intel, para mudar a resolução. E se tem algum método de está ativando e salvando está opção! (na imagem não deixa claro mas a opção "Substituir configurações do aplicativo" não salva, independente da resolução que eu coloque).

1. Do you have the same issue with the Radeon tool?
2. Have you tried with the Intel® Graphics Command Center? With the latest driver, the Intel® Graphics Control Panel is replaced with the Intel® Graphics Command Center

1- Não, porque com o chip de vídeo que eu tenho não tem suporte para fazer alterações de Tela
2-Sim, recentemente eu baixei e quando eu vou criar uma resolução aparece isso (print abaixo) e não possui a opção de substituir as configurações do aplicativo

1. What is the resolution that you are trying to use?
2. Provide the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers:
- https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005848/graphics.html
3. Are you trying to change the resolution in an external display or the embedded one?
4. If it is external, which type of connection are you using?
5. Did you try different drivers? Dell and generic (Intel)?
6. Update the Windows version (Build 19043).
7. Try to perform a BIOS update: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-cr/product-support/product/inspiron-15-5566-laptop/drivers

1. Try with the drivers from the laptop manufacturer and if those did not work, try with Intel's ones:

2. Were you able to update the BIOS and Windows?
3. Please provide the graphics report.

Bear in mind that if you are trying to change the resolution in a laptop screen, this may not allow customization due to a manufacturer limitation. I recommend you to check with the laptop manufacturer to check if the device allows custom resolutions or override settings.
