DRIVER UPDATING! PLEASE HELP! :)

Im trying to update my driver but it says it does not meet the minimum requirements. Please look at the dxdiag file i attached. As you can see for the version, I believe their is a update but I dont know how to install it. I downloaded this - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24971/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit Intel® Download Center

But when I tried to install it I got the it does not meet the minimum requirements error. Do i have to uninstall the driver i have now than try to install it?
