Hi,
I have a Dell Latitude E7240 and I have installed Windows 10.
The default Microsoft graphics driver works fine but i cannot get the Intel driver to install. I just get a code 43 message.
If i run the Intel hardware checker it just says its custom from another supplier.
If i try to install the Dell one from their web site it fails with - code 43
I have attached the System Support Utility XML file.
Please help
Best regards
James

Does it happen after installing driver version 4300?
You could try installing driver manually

If you have tested Intel generic drivers, I would recommend testing graphics driver from your computer manufacturer. It might be an earlier version or even check for an update one.

It might be some sort of registry problem. You may need to run system restore or reset the computer.
