Dell One 2330 with HD graphics 4000 upgrade to 8.1

I have a new Dell Inspiration One 2330 that I upgraded from Windows 08.0 to 8.1. The intel site shows

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23405&lang=eng Intel® Iris™ and HD graphics Driver for Windows 7/8/8.1* 64 as the proper driver for 8.1. Should I upgrade the driver? Can it cause any problems if I do or don't? Thanks.

You should not encounter any issues when installing new drivers
