Hello, I recently brought a dell inspiron 7430 2 in 1 for my cousin and i have encountered some graphical artifacts while playing a game.
The CPU is intel i5-1335U with intel Xe graphics drivers updated.
There's small black squares flickering on one game, i was playing spiderman miles morales and there was lots of black squares flickering on some scene when i put the graphics setting high and low. it didn't happen on other games like God of war, GTA V, Assasins creed black flag.
I couldn't get a photo but its very similar to the artifacts in the YouTube videos.
any fix on this?

Hello UserMoj,
Thank you for bringing this issue to the community's attention. After reviewing the YouTube video you provided, it seems that the black squares might be due to the graphics driver version installed on your system. Before proceeding with a driver update, please be aware that installing Intel's generic drivers could override the OEM drivers on your laptop. OEM drivers are often customized for your specific hardware, which can be beneficial.
Additionally, I have sent you an email requesting the System Support Utility (SSU) results. This will help me better understand the drivers currently installed on your system.
