Display driver Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers for Windows 7® stopped responding and has successfully recovered

Hello,

I'm using an laptop Asus N75SF.

I didn't have any problem with the laptop forever, everything worked perfectly, until few days ago.

Whenever I exit a video game, in 90% of the cases I'll get a grey screen, then it'll flicker, and rather crash the display, or show this massage:

Display https://store.uniblue.com/278/cookie?affiliate=9809&x-at=SF&redirectto=http://www.uniblue.com/cm/general/driverscanner/dsunit/download/ driver Intel Graphics Accelerator https://store.uniblue.com/278/cookie?affiliate=9809&x-at=SF&redirectto=http://www.uniblue.com/cm/general/driverscanner/dsunit/download/ Drivers for Windows 7® stopped responding and has successfully recovered

I've seen some posts here about the issue, and people give this link:

http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009483.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/cs-009483.htm

which doesn't help

So far I've:

-Uninstalled graphic drivers, and updated to new ones - didn't work.

-Installed the drivers from ASUS website - didn't work

-Cleaned the pc - didn't work

-Reinstalled windows 7 - didn't work.

-Tried setting PhysX to Nvidia card only - didn't work.

Please guys, I really need your help, what can I do with this issue.

Please don't send me to update drivers because it's not the solution,,

I'll appriciate a real help,

Martin

Hello MTD,

I understand you are having problems with the computer every time you exit a game but let me help you.

All steps you have done are very good. I just would like to have some more information about your configuration.

Can you please attach here the dxdiag report and the graphics report?

MTD,

Thanks for the information.

I would like you to try the steps at this link:

/docs/DOC-22542 https://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-22542

The driver you can use can be downloaded at the following link:

I already Told you I have re-installed the drivers.

The link you provided doesn't help at all, just tells me to download latest drivers, which I have done over 10 times.

I guess there is no answer for my problem..

Well I am sorry these steps are not working. At this point I recommend you contacting your Computer Manufacture for them to check the unit.
