I have checked computer specifications and integrates an Intel® 4 series chipset but this is not compatible with Windows® 10.
You will have several issues because you will not find proper drivers to work with Windows® 10. I would recommend reinstalling a supported operating system for your Intel® chipset and computer model.

You could probably use the Toshiba recovery disc, if you do not have one, please check with Toshiba to see if your computer model should come with a recovery partition or DVD.
