i have a problem with my laptop , i hope someone have the solution , when i received the laptop with windows 8,1 there was a very very annoying problem , the screen freeze for a second then a message show me this :Intel driver stopped responding and recovered ,
i tried everything , uninstalling , install the new drivers , updating bios , and nothing works , so i made the windows 10 upgrade , and the problem still here , is there any solution for this ? thanks .
OS : windows 10
CPU : Intel i7-5700HQ , intel hd graphics 5600 .
driver version : 10.18.15.4256
RAM : 16GB DDR3
GPU : nVidia GeForce GTX 970M

Hello Yazan,
The computer you have requires a special driver since it uses hybrid Graphics so there may be a driver conflict causing this problem. Here you can get more information about switchable graphics systems:

You can try the driver from our side but this is a generic driver for your computer so my best recommendation is to contact the Computer Manufacture so they can guide and provide you with the driver.
