Intel Graphics control panel missing after updating to Windows 10

I run a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop with Windows 7. I have a Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family graphic card. I recently updated to Windows 10, but now the Intel Graphics control panel is missing. It seems that igfxcui.exe is missing. "Graphic properties" disappeared from the right-click context menu. It offers more settings than Windows' own display control panel, so I would like to have it back.

Can anyone help me? Please ask if you need more details.

The latest Operating System your Graphics controller can support is Windows 7 so I regret to say there are no drivers for Windows 10.

My recommendation is to run all windows updates to try to catch it in that way or going back to the supported Operating System. The other way is contacting Dell to get the driver from their site.

Here you can check the compatibility Operating System list:
