Hi, mrAleksey.

Thank you for posting in our Community.

Power plans can assist with saving energy, maximizing system performance, or balancing the power usage on your mobile laptop device. See the instructions below to change the current power plan on your system using the Intel® Graphics Command Center:

  1. From the Windows Start Menu, search for the Intel Graphics Command Center. Double-click the Intel® Graphics Command Center icon to open the application.
  2. Click System in the left navigational menu.
  3. In the Power tab, change your power plan to Maximum Performance, Balanced Mode, or Maximum Battery Life.

Power plans can also be modified in Windows* Settings. Have you tried accessing power settings through the Control Panel instead of the Settings app? Sometimes, certain options are available there that aren't easily accessible through the Settings app. If that doesn't work, you could also try updating your graphics drivers, as sometimes display-related settings can be tied to driver updates.

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day!
