DisplayPort++ supported in QM57 Express Chipset ?

If a oem produces a system board using the QM57 Express PCH chip, and includes a DisplayPort connector, will the connector be DisplayPort++ compatible ? The chip seems to provide dual mode operation of the display port pins, ie HDMI/DVI and DisplayPort so it should be capable of this ?

Sorry, that was 15 years ago.

And, you should install the chipset software provided to you by Panasonic (if it still exists).

 

Also, this thread is 15-years old.  You really should have started a  new thread for yourself.
