Does HD4000 support 30-bit color fidelity output？

Well I just bought Z77 gigabyte mainboard with I7 3770 CPU. And the LCD display support 30-bit color fidelity. I'm wondering whether HD4000 graphics support the 30-bit color fidelity output to the LCD display. I made correct selection in Photoshop cs5 to activate the 30 bit display but found that the 30-bit image still could not be displayed correctly. Any one who have the sucessful experience can help me?
