You mentioned an attachment that I cannot see. Would you be able to re-send the attachment? Please also download and run our Intel® System Support Utility located at this link. After running it, you will be given an option to save the logs to a .txt file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. This will allow us to be more familiar with your system configuration and check for possible error as well.
