I still have the same problem and many other users of this tablet / CPU(cube iwork10 Ultimate) using a x8300. Please fix this. Driver version is 4549 and Windows 10 64bit. It happens very often using Chrome, or Video apps like watching Twitch, VLC, MPC ect.

Hello klumsch:

The graphics driver version 4549 belongs to Microsoft, that driver is not showing in our web site, the latest driver that we have for the Intel® Atom™ x5-Z8300 Processor is version 4501:

Please try that driver, as an option you can always get in contact with Microsoft directly to verify if there is a fix for that driver or also you can check with the manufacturer of the PC to get the proper drivers for it.

Hello klumsch:

Thank you very much for letting us know that information, we are sorry to hear the problem remains.

In this case, if the problem did not get fixed after trying those drivers then the best thing to do now will be to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the tablet for further technical or warranty assistance, so they can verify if there is a possible fix for this problem or if there is something wrong with the Tablet itself and a replacement is needed.

Any questions, please let me know.

Regards

Alberto
