Driver needed for Windows IoT 2016 Graphics

Request a driver for the  The S/N is M33B0115 Intel Elkhart Lake Atom x6211E Extreme compact.

For this graphics, the oldest driver on intel website is 26.20.100.7985, and the oldest windows version it supports is Fall Creators Update (1709)(RS3)

Sorry but your windows is too old and allegedly there is no compatible driver... you may try it but it may not install...

Maybe you can update windows to a new version...
