Drivers installation Problem

Hi Whenever I try to Install Intel arc a380 Graphic Card drivers then automatically my pc Turn off. I try with Reinstalling windows 10 but it doesn't work
My pc spec:I5 3470
Zebronics h61 motherboard
8gb ram
Zebronics normal 19 Inch Display With HDMI Port Support
Plzz help me.

Are you saying that you are trying to use an arc a380 in a pc with a 3rd gen processor on windows 10?

 

If so, the processor is not supported on windows 10, and trying an ARC from 2023 on a board from 11 years ago is very unlikely to work.
