Dual monitor problem with HD4000 on centos 6.5

I got a ASUS laptop model B400A, with intel ivy bridge i5 3317u processor and hd4000 graphics.

Recently I installed centos 6.5 64bit and dual monitor fail to use.

A externl LCD monitor was connected via HDMI port to the laptop, when I boot centos without external monitor, everything just fine, and after I log in to the OS and then connect the HDMI port , everythig just worked perfectly.

But, if I boot the os with HDMI port connected, the log in screen didn't show up , laptop internal screen is black and only wallpaper show up on the external moniter, so I can't login to OS . It seems that internal screen didn't configured properly, but I don't know how to configure it .

Allen, thanks for your reply.

I've ever checked the site, but centos 6.5 offered a very old kernel 2.6.32, I cannot find any linux graphics driver on that site matches 2.6.32 kernel, any advise on this?

You can try any of the Linux support groups to see if there are any drivers available that will provide you with the functions you require.
