Hi, so I have a laptop with a 13500h and a rtx 3050, the laptop uses the integrated gpu from the 13500h, I have the option to use dynamic refresh rate 60hz and 120hz.
I want to have it fixed at 120hz, but changing to 120hz does nothing, sometimes its 60hz sometimes its 120hz, idk what to do, reinstalled all the drivers again and again, nothing changes.

Hello brzst15,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I understand that you want to set your laptop to a fixed refresh rate.
Bear in mind that Dynamic Refresh Rate Switching enables the display refresh rate to dynamically switch to lower refresh rates to save power and extend battery life. This helps to balance performance and power consumption.
For example, with a Dynamic (60 Hz or 120 Hz) mode, your display will refresh at 60 Hz for everyday productivity tasks, such as email, writing a document, and so forth to conserve battery life. It will then seamlessly switch to 120 Hz for tasks such as inking and scrolling, to provide a smoother and more responsive experience.
The Dynamic Refresh Rate behavior is programmed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) in the Video Bios Table (VBT) for the built-in display, thus Intel® Graphics Command Center (IGCC) sets its value/config on every restart based on the OEM's preferred setting. I recommend you get in contact with the manufacturer of your laptop for instructions and information related to Dynamic Refresh Rate.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
Best regards,
Deivid A.
