When Elden Ring Nightreign was launched, I installed it on my PC (i5-1135G7 Intel Iris Xe Graphics), and I came across the problem that when starting the game, a white screen appeared and closed after a few seconds. I already had the most recent driver installed when I downloaded the game (32.0.101.6795), which even promised support for the game in question, and later that same day I installed the newly released driver (32.0.101.6874 WHQL) in the hope that they would correct the error, something that did not happen. Please fix this ridiculous error intel, even if the video card is not in the game's minimum requirements (GTX 1060 3gb or RX 580) The same previous game, Elden Ring and its expansion Shadow of the Erdtree work completely fine on this video card (Remembering that Elden Ring base and Nightreign have the same video card requirements) so by logic of 1 + 1 Nightreign should also at least open in this configuration, release a fix as soon as possible, it is disrespectful to those who use their integrated cards and were waiting for the game.

Hi SalesDW,
After conducting a thorough investigation, I have verified that the Intel Iris Xe Graphics does not meet the minimum requirements set by the game developer for this particular version.
While some users may have successfully run earlier versions or similar games on this hardware, it appears that the current version utilizes newer rendering features that are either unsupported or unstable on Intel Iris Xe Graphics.
I recommend reporting this issue directly to the game developer, as they are best equipped to assess whether support or a workaround is possible. They may be able to provide further insights or updates regarding compatibility.
With this, I will be closing this inquiry. If you need further assistance, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
Best regards,
Archie D.

Laughed, the only way to get into the game is by uninstalling Intel drivers. You can actually open Elden Ring Nightreign during the process of uninstalling/reinstalling the graphics drivers. Are Intel users being targeted? AMD users don’t seem to have this issue.

Same issue here on i5‑1135G7 with Intel Iris Xe. Elden Ring: Nightreign shows a white screen and crashes on launch. Tried both drivers 32.0.101.6795 and 32.0.101.6874 WHQL—no luck. Base Elden Ring and Shadow of the Erdtree run fine, so Nightreign should too (same listed requirements).
This feels like a driver bug specific to Iris Xe. Please fix this, Intel. It’s unfair to users who bought the game expecting support based on your driver notes.
