Hello Cmint,
Thank you for posting on the Intel Community Forum.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing crashes while playing Battlefield 6. we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
To help resolve the issue, please try the following steps:
1. Perform a clean graphics driver installation using DDU:
- Download and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode
- Select Intel from the device type dropdown
- Click “Clean and Restart”
- After the restart, install the latest Intel® Arc™ graphics drivers from Intel’s official website
- Reference: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091878/graphics.html
2. Isolate the issue using integrated graphics (if applicable):
- Disable the Intel® Arc™ B580 Graphics in Device Manager
- Launch the game using only the integrated graphics (iGPU)
- If the game runs stable on iGPU, it provides useful information for further troubleshooting steps.
3. Share system logs for further analysis:
- Please generate and share the SSU log file so I can investigate further.(Network tab should be unchecked)
- Reference: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000057926/memory-and-storage.html
Once you’ve completed these steps, please update me with the results so I can assist you further.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Best regards,
Nikhil

Thank you for the reply. I have completed the first step using DDU and reinstalled the drivers for B580 and UHD Graphics. Then I disable the B580. When using only the iGPU, battlefield 6 is able to launch successfully. After these actions, I enable the B580 and attempt to launch the game with it, but it crash once again. I upload a SSU log file at the end.
Best regards,
Cimt

Hello Cmint,
Thanks for the detailed update and for sharing the SSU log.
It’s helpful to know that the game launches successfully on iGPU only, and the crash happens specifically when the B580 is re‑enabled, even after a clean DDU driver reinstall.
As a next recommended step, please try updating the motherboard to the latest available BIOS, then recheck the behavior with the B580 enabled. BIOS updates often include stability, compatibility, and PCIe initialization improvements that can directly impact discrete GPU behavior.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to your update. Your feedback will help us determine the next steps and continue assisting you effectively.

Thanks for your advice. I have already updated my PC's system and BIOS to the latest Version. These did not bring visible improvements.
And after the Battlefield 6 update to version 1.2.3.0 this Tuesday, the stability of the computer when playing game has been greatly improved. I hope this information helps you investigate this issue.
Best regards,
Cmint
