Hello. In me, there was a problem with the graphic video driver. After adding the operative memory to the laptop, there were problems with the video driver, and itself: error 52, no license for the video card driver. The update program did not work. Video card: intel HD Graphics 3rd generation. Operating system windows 10 x64
