Error: Este equipo no cumple con los requisitos mínimos para instalar el software

Mi problema es que estoy intentando instalar los drivers gráficos de Intel, después de un reseteo de mi PC comencé a instalar todo lo que necesitan los componentes para funcionar correctamente, pero al momento de proceder con los drivers de Intel me dice que el sistema no cumple los requisitos mínimos (lo cual no es cierto, ya que los tenía instalados antes del reseteo) y al momento de escanear con la herramienta de Intel dice que mi dispositivo no es compatible con las versiones de Intel grafics así que realmente no sé qué hacer.

So, first of all, I shake my head when i see a number like 12GB listed. This means that you have mis-matched DIMMs. This also means that your performance will suffer because of the lack of memory interleaving. If you can, you should fix this; two matched DIMMs of same size and speed.

Next, some questions. What did you install BEFORE attempting to install the Intel GFX driver? You should, at a minimum, have installed the Intel Chipset Device Software package for your platform. This should be an available download from your system/motherboard manufacturer. In some cases (though I am unsure of this particular one), it is actually a requirement that you install this package first. I would also recommend that you install any other processor or chipset drivers (like the Intel Management Engine drivers) that they offer.

If, after fixing the things I mentioned above, you are still having problems with the package, please provide details on the package that you are attempting to install.
