I don't get the option to install the intel graphics software in the drivers setup

as shown in the screenshot I don't get the option to install the intel Graphics Software I'm only able to install the command center and the Graphics driver. My specs are: i3-10105, Intel ARC B580 and 32GB of DDR4 Ram. Any help is welcome

Hi Deejay_H,


I just want to confirm if you downloaded the Graphics Driver using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant or on the IGCC, because the reason why it doesn't show any Intel Graphics Software is because the system is currently downloading the Drivers for you integrated graphics.

Also, may I know the full specification of your system:

Motherboard:

RAM:

PSU:

But if you are using your Intel ARC B580 and no options regarding the installation of the Intel Graphics Software. As workaround, you can manually Install the Intel Graphics Software from the driver package:

Kindly follow the steps on manually Installing the Intel Graphics Software:

Download and install driver 32.0.101.6559 or newer.

 

  1. If you don't already have it, install 7zip or a similar file archiver/compressor software to unzip the installer package.
  2. Right-click the installer file and open it on your file archiver/compressor.
  3. Go to the Resources/Extras folder.
  4. Extract the Intel Graphics Software installer.
  5. Double-click the extracted installer to install the software.
