Provide your complete processor model number, and your graphics model number, and your operating system
Then, someone will be able to assist you.

Ignore the part about Microsoft Surface.
Personally, I would try the ASUS driver first, as there may have been customizations to the driver by ASUS.

When I go on the ASUS website I don't know how to find the right download for myself. It doesn't show the right stuff for me.
