Provide your complete processor model number, and your graphics model number, and your operating system
Then, someone will be able to assist you.

I tried to download the latest, and a few older drivers. When I download the latest it says that the version is not meant for me, when I download the past versions and attempt to update my drivers manually, they don't appear in the list of usable drivers to update to.

You may want to update the driver from that available on the ASUS site for your laptop.
Or, you can download the zip version https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27355/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-60-?product=96551 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27355/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-60-?product=96551
and use the manual method described here:
https://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface https://www.windowscentral.com/how-install-intel-beta-graphics-drivers-surface
Ignore the part about Microsoft Surface.
Personally, I would try the ASUS driver first, as there may have been customizations to the driver by ASUS.

When I go on the ASUS website I don't know how to find the right download for myself. It doesn't show the right stuff for me.
When I try the zip, I download it, once downloaded I click run and an error pops up redirecting me to https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005469/graphics-drivers.html Error Message: Computer Manufacturer Graphics Driver Detected

Also I have WinRAR which may be why it doesn't work. I don't think I'm downloading zip.

I completed all the steps, however when installing the drivers it encounters an error saying "Windows found drivers but encountered an error while attempting to install them" and it also says "The system cannot find the file specified"

Well, we have not accomplished much. At this point, it is better to defer to the Intel support staff regarding the graphics update.

RyanBani, I am sorry to hear you are having issues with this matter.
Please let's try the following driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27355/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-60-?product=96551 Download Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* [15.60] which is the latest for your graphics controller. And, use this method for the installation: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005629/graphics-drivers.html Manually Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 and... the method should ensure the proper installation.

Amy C.

Once again, I followed all the steps.
However, while the drivers install and update, it encounters an error saying the system can't find the file specified.
I'm not sure what to do.
